What is a dissociated diet?
A dissociated diet advocates the consumption of the same family of foods on a daily basis:
- Every day another family of foods is consumed.

Disadvantages of the dissociated diet
Dieting is not always easy, as it requires a change in eating habits. That’s why the dissociated diet has some disadvantages that you should know before you start:
- It requires unfailing motivation, as the diet is monotonous.
- Weight gain can be significant if the diet is stopped abruptly.
- There is a risk of deficiencies depending on the regime chosen and the intensity with which it is followed;
